TRON: LEGACY is a 3D movie action/Sci-Fi movie, and it stars Sam Flynn (GARRETT HEDLUND), as a tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (JEFF BRIDGES), who looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the digital world where his father has been living for 25 years with his loyal confidant Quorra (OLIVIA WILDE), father and son embark on a life and death journey to escape across a visually stunning cyber universe.

Rumors of a Tron sequel had been around since the release of the first person shooter game Tron 2.0 (2003). Steven Lisberger who produced, directed and wrote the first Tron, was also a on board as a producer in this sequel.

At the time of release of Tron it was the first feature film based around computer animation, at that time, in the year 1982.

Tron Legacy is a movie with enough light effect to light up a whole city and lacking in effective dialogue that you can skip what they say. The visual effect is so captivating but that doesn’t save you from a boring script.

Disney tried to hide the lack of a good plot with over bearing effects, action and light, but yet forgot that the people watching must be thrilled by the story.

The movie compared to Tron, is a catastrophe. While Tron lacked all the wonderful effects that legacy had, but Tron had a good story to ride on that keeps you the viewer captivated to the very end.

I have to give Jeff Bridges a good pat on the back for a good performance he pulled it off for me and the other actors did a good job, also nice casting, and the visual effect on unaged Jeff Brides (CLU) was a nice work by the animators. The sound of this movie is one of a kind the music was delivered by Daft Punk and it is a big 10/10.

To the directing, the director leads you astray in this one, he makes you believe that things will pick up soon as father and son meet,

SIKE!!!

That didn’t happen, what was he thinking making a movie with no character development (unlike its predecessor Tron) and the actors lacking in emotions, the actors all seemed like people feeling cool with themselves being stiff and posing in blue illumination.
Question: Why is the identity disc also a weapon? It has all my data, imagine throwing the brain around...?
Just a thought...
