This LEGO movie is a good mix of comedy and the bat style, it doesn’t even make any attempt to ignore the existence of the Batman movie universe or try to take The Bat seriously. It tapped and made references to every single Batman movie all the way to the 1940s. It provided enough feel for the fans of old, making sure many of the fans do not feel left out.
The producers even tapped villains from Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, The Matrixand many more, to capture the attention of the many more fans. The movie also had a scene from Jerry Maguire, made reference to the cult classic Pulp Fiction and many more movies which you can pick up while watching.

This computer animated movie portrays Batman as an egotistic, sentimental superhero who is finding it hard to relate the superhero life with a life of being around others. Even ignoring the presence of the criminals who make sure he has crime to solve every other night.

Before I saw the movie, I read that LEGO batman animation trumps Batman vs Superman and I had to go see it to be sure. For one thing, the LEGO movies are jokes playing around in the serious fictional universe we have come to love and respect.
This movie truly trumps Batman vs Superman and does a great job in the voice casting. I enjoyed Will Arnett’s voice as The Bat, the producers also pulled many strings in the screenplay that made the movie so full of fun and not a dull moment on screen.

The movie plot starts with The Bat saving the day as usual and breaking the heart of the Joker along the way. The Joker tells Batman that he is The Bats main rival and with that said, there is a connection between the two of them, a statement The Bat rejects making the Joker feel down and rejected.

Now plagued with the need for revenge, the Joker comes up with a plan to wreak havoc on Gotham City and get The Bat to understand that there is no Batman with no Joker.

The movie brings together the Bat family as Batman had to learn to move from a solo nightcrawler to a team player.

Here is an animation which made the best of its character and used everything in its disposal to make sure it delivers a memorable movie for fans.
